All training plans, nutritional entries, and health goals you create are stored securely and locally on your device. We do not have access to this data at any time.

2. Apple iCloud Synchronization

If you have activated cloud synchronization in the app settings, your data will be encrypted and synchronized between your personal devices via Apple's iCloud service. This transmission runs directly through Apple's servers. We do not collect, store, or analyze this data on our own servers.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided in this app is for educational and fitness purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

4. No Data Sharing

We do not use analytics services, tracking tools, or advertising networks. Your fitness data remains private to you.
